Frequently asked questions
- 01Our facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- 02You’ll use a coded keypad to enter the main building, and you provide your own lock for your unit, ensuring only you have access.
- 03If you lose your key and need to cut the lock, a lock cutting fee will be added to your rent.
- 04Our 10x10 units are typically suitable for furniture from a 1–2-bedroom apartment. For more specific needs, please contact us.
- 05Prohibited items include food, animals, toxic materials, plants, drugs, flammable or combustible chemicals, and perishables. More information on this can also be found at https://www.mass.gov/info-details/prohibited-and-dangerous-items-dcamm-managed-facilities
- 06We do not offer insurance for stored items. Please check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy to see if it covers storage. You can also contact our facility consultant if you have additional questions.
- 07We provide dollies and carts to assist with moving your items. Feel free to ask our staff for any additional help including mover recommendations or other questions about our facility.
- 08You can reserve a unit right there on our website by filling out the reservation form on our contact page with your details and requirements.
- 09No, you cannot access your unit outside of our regular hours.
