What are your facility hours?Our facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I access my storage unit?You’ll use a coded keypad to enter the main building, and you provide your own lock for your unit, ensuring only you have access.

What should I do if I lose my lock key?If you lose your key and need to cut the lock, a lock cutting fee will be added to your rent.

How do I determine the right size storage unit for me?Our 10x10 units are typically suitable for furniture from a 1–2-bedroom apartment. For more specific needs, please contact us.

What items are prohibited from storage?Prohibited items include food, animals, toxic materials, plants, drugs, flammable or combustible chemicals, and perishables. More information on this can also be found at https://www.mass.gov/info-details/prohibited-and-dangerous-items-dcamm-managed-facilities

Do you offer insurance for stored items?We do not offer insurance for stored items. Please check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy to see if it covers storage. You can also contact our facility consultant if you have additional questions.

What should I do if I need help moving my items into storage?We provide dollies and carts to assist with moving your items. Feel free to ask our staff for any additional help including mover recommendations or other questions about our facility.

How do I make a reservation for a storage unit?You can reserve a unit right there on our website by filling out the reservation form on our contact page with your details and requirements.

Can I access my unit outside of regular hours?No, you cannot access your unit outside of our regular hours.
